As the biggest event in the sport, the ICC Cricket World Cup 2019 will take place between 30th May and 14th July 2019. Hosted by England and Wales, the championships happen every four years and are the most exciting event in all of One Day International cricket, as 10 teams compete for the winner’s title. For the Cricket World Cup 2019 Sri Lanka will play its first match against New Zealand on Saturday 1st June. The event’s Semi Finals will happen on Tuesday 9th July and Tuesday 11th July, before the Grand Final on Sunday 14th July at London’s iconic Lord’s Cricket Ground.
