After celebrating its 10th anniversary in 2018, the Djakarta Warehouse Project has secured itself as one of the hottest music festivals in Bali! The event began in 2008 as a simple club night. Two years later the event became so big that it was turned into a two-day festival, held in both Jakarta and Bali. Taking place every December, the project is all about diversity, offering an incredible line-up of musicians and DJs that span the dance spectrum. From Indonesian acts to world-renowned artists, including the likes of David Guetta, Calvin Harris, and Armin van Buuren, the Djakarta Warehouse Project sees more than 20,000 attendees come together for an incredible live event. Crowned the winner of Best EDM Festival of 2015 by EDM Sauce, there is no doubt that this will be one of the best music events and festivals in Bali in 2019!

One of the most unique music festivals in Bali, Ubud Village Jazz Festival is an annual celebration of the world’s most unpredictable musical form. Founded seven years ago by musician Yuri Mahatma, this family event sees thousands of visitors flock to Ubud for a weekend of live entertainment. Offering an eclectic line up of acts each year, the annual fest has been running for 16 years. From iconic rock acts such as Limp Biztik (who headlined in 2018), to up-and-coming Indonesian bands, this eclectic event also features an area dedicated to creators of music, art, photography, and cinema, where both local and international artists can meet and collaborate. From soul-pop to indie and hard rock to electronic rock, there is a genre here to please all alternative music fans. Bali International Choir Festival

The 8th annual Bali International Choir Festival takes place over four days in July, offering incredible performances from some of the best choirs in the world. Hosted by Bandung Choral Society, the annual event sees participants from 10 Countries and 26 provinces of Indonesia, with performances from over 350 groups across eight venues. The event concludes with one group being crowned the overall winner.
